Sales and relationships
Inquiries, customers, offers, contracts, activities and after-sales service.
Application scenarios
We do not sell closed, off-the-shelf packages. We show the kinds of processes that can be organised and connected in a solution tailored to your organisation.
Inquiries, customers, offers, contracts, activities and after-sales service.
Orders, projects, resources, deadlines, documentation and settlements.
Warehouse, production, service, inspections, statuses and reporting.
Access for customers, employees and partners connected to the main system.
The inquiry turns into an offer, and after acceptance, into an order with stages, deadlines and resources. The team records workmanship, materials and documentation. The manager sees open tasks and dependencies that may delay delivery.
The variant for projects may additionally include budget, agreements with the client, document versions and time records. The scope must correspond to the method of accounting and responsibility for changes.
The task list can be supplemented with a calendar and a Gantt axis showing dependencies and planned deadlines. The map is useful when tasks involve facilities or field work.

Registration, scheduling, seat allocation and communication form one process. The organizer needs an up-to-date list of participants, application statuses and information for on-site service.
If data comes from a web form, we establish rules for identifying repetitions and confirming the submission. We transfer billing data to the appropriate tool.

A document has an owner, a version, and a stage. The matter may require supplementation, opinion or approval. The system should show who takes the next step and maintain a history of decisions.
Searching for a file is only part of the task. Rules for access, retention, replacement and linking documents to a customer, order or product are also needed.
The author describes the case and attaches the correct version.
The responsible person receives complete information.
Acceptance or return to completion.
The approved version goes to the next task.
The example warehouse module connects the goods with the location and confirmation of receipt and issue. In the hall or in the field, you can record progress, photos, consumption and inspection results.
Before choosing a technology, we check the network, devices, identification method and integration requirements. Lack of connectivity or bad code are normal cases to be handled, not exceptions postponed until later.

The reporting person describes the problem, and the staff assigns responsibility and records actions. Categories and priorities result from the impact on work. The client sees the progress of his case; the internal diagnosis remains available to the appropriate team.
The history allows you to recognize a recurring problem and distinguish an incident from the need for system development. The process includes requesting completion, change of ownership, closure and reopening.
Number and confirmation of receipt.
Responsible person and missing information.
Description of actions and checking the result.
Photos and materials can be associated with a client, session, category and approval stage. The author provides a set to choose from, the client adds comments, and the approved version is sent for further implementation.
The project includes original storage, previews, file sizes, access and change history. A version order is common for albums, marketing materials and the training library; the rules of sharing and receiving are different.

An instance has an ID, location, and state. Reservation, issuance and return create a history associated with the user. The employee sees the dates and the user sees his or her active reservations.
This model may apply to book collections, fixtures or equipment. We anticipate extensions, damage, incomplete refunds and temporary disabling of the asset. The rules of liability and notifications result from the organization of the service.

The portal can provide offers, order history, documents and implementation status. The customer makes an inquiry or repeats the purchase, and the team works on the same issue in the internal system.
Company data and its users must be separated. Availability, price and document have the indicated source, and changes to the order go through the agreed rules.
An internal dashboard summarizes open opportunities, outcomes, goals and next steps for caregivers. Charts and a region map help you get from the summary to the customer, order or task. This is a different scope than the contractor's self-service portal.
We establish the definition of sales, comparison periods, data source and access to individual results. The report should distinguish between offer, order and completed sales.
