Online bookings
Let customers choose a time without exchanging messages. We design booking systems for appointments, consultations, classes, rooms and equipment, with availability based on your business’s actual rules.
The timing of the service depends on its duration, employee and resource needed. Group classes have a limit on places, and the rental covers the period, collection and return. We establish these rules before designing the calendar.
Selection of service, person, location and available date.
Groups, number of places, meeting series and waiting list.
Resource availability, preparation time and technical blockages.
We combine working hours, breaks, holidays, preparation time and limits. The reservation is confirmed after checking availability on the server, also when several people choose the same date. The initial payment lock has a set expiry date.
When synchronizing with an external calendar, we determine which system resolves conflicts and how quickly changes are propagated. For customers from different countries, we show the appropriate time zone.
The reservation may be free, require payment or partial payment. We design confirmations and reminders, as well as rescheduling and cancellations in line with the policies established by the company.
The service panel shows upcoming reservations, payment status and change history. We connect SMS, e-mail, billing and CRM through selected services, taking into account message costs and integration limitations.
Service, date and resource needed.
Checking the place and possible payment.
Information before your visit or pickup.
Fulfillment, rescheduling or cancellation.
For simple services, you can connect the website with a ready-made registration tool. A dedicated system is justified when availability depends on several resources, there are unusual rules or a reservation triggers a further process in the company.
We test for simultaneous bookings, unfinished payment, time change and missing resource. We hand over the service panel and establish responsibility for calendars and maintaining integration.
