Modular
We start with the most important process and add further areas.
We connect your key business operations in a solution that can grow in stages and integrate with accounting, e-commerce and logistics.
We start with the most important process and add further areas.
We establish a single source for each piece of information and reduce manual rewriting.
Roles, permissions, change history and clear process statuses.
Not every company needs the same set of modules. We analyze the flow from inquiry and order, through implementation, to documents, reports and after-sales service.
FileMaker can be the core system or a specialized layer complementing the existing ERP. The choice is determined by the responsibility for the data and the costs of maintaining the process.

The sample scope includes offer, order, material reservation, execution order, release and billing data. Each step should indicate the previous document and the responsible person. Thanks to this, the status results from the performed operations.
We don't assume that every accounting function has to be built in FileMaker. It often remains in a specialized system with which we reconcile dictionaries, documents and confirmations.

The implementation may start with the execution of orders, which is not supported by the ERP used. FileMaker then collects operational data and forwards it to the main system. In a broader variant, the common model includes sales, purchasing, resources and warehouse.
Scope depends on requirements, scale and responsibility for data. Advanced production planning, shop-floor operations and warehouse management need separate analysis; the ERP label alone does not guarantee these capabilities.

Offers, orders, purchases, deliveries and linking sales documents with implementation.
Receipts, issues, transfers, reservations, stocks and inventory. Selection of units and correction principles.
Orders, materials, deadlines, work stages and execution control. Production planning requires mapping resources and constraints.
Settlement data, bank operations and statements, time cards and information exchange with accounting and the HR and payroll system.
We review files, units of measurement, documents and correction rules. We determine when the order is accepted, the goods are available and the operation is completed. Without common definitions, reports from different departments will continue to differ.

The manager needs to know which orders are delayed, what materials are reserved and what is blocking the execution. We combine summaries with the ability to go to documents and operations from which the numbers result.
We set the indicators together with the people responsible for the process. Plan, execution, purchase cost, and implementation cost are different measures. Change history and correction rules help you trace the cause of discrepancies rather than manually correcting the final report.

If the company already has an accounting system, store or WMS, the project may cover the missing order processing, documentation or employee interface. We determine the owner of the files, the direction of changes and confirmation of transfer of the document.
We plan the expansion in stages: dictionaries and data, the first flow, integrations, and then reports and further modules. A migration test, status check and a real order test precede the team switchover.

Questions and answers
NO. The first stage may be one process or department. A common data model and agreed integrations allow the solution to be expanded in subsequent stages.
NO. They can remain in specialized systems. FileMaker can collect operational data and exchange documents, status or billing through agreed integrations.
