Event websites

Websites for events and conferences

Guide attendees from discovering the programme to taking part in the event. We connect your conference or meeting series website with registration, communication and the organiser’s working tools.

01Program and promotion

An event website that makes it easier to decide to participate

On the website we organize the topic, benefits of participation, program, speakers, place and conditions of registration. The agenda may cover several scenes, days or parallel sessions. We design convenient access to the schedule also on the phone.

For a cyclical event, we separate the current edition from the archive. Materials, reports and addresses of previous editions can still help recipients, and registrations lead to the appropriate date.

02Registration and tickets

Participant registration, limits and payments

We adapt the forms to the type of participation: individual ticket, group registration, workshop with limited places or waiting list. Billing data and participant data have separate roles, especially when a company buys several tickets.

We link payment confirmation with ticket allocation. We arrange the handling of unfinished purchases, data changes, returns and transfer of participation. Selling a ticket and booking a place at a workshop require common accessibility rules.

Tickets and groups

Participation options, pool of places, team purchases and confirmations.

Sessions and workshops

Registration for selected program points and control of limits.

Communication

Confirmations, reminders, program changes and organizational information.

03On the day of the event

Check-in and participant panel for the duration of the event

The panel can share the ticket, selected sessions, documents and materials. At the entrance, the ticket code allows you to check your eligibility and mark your attendance. We design reuse control and synchronization between entry points as part of event management.

For the reception, we prepare participant search and exception handling. Low coverage mode requires separate synchronization rules; we discuss it before choosing scanning devices and tools.

From program to participation

  3. Share

    Ticket, check-in and selected sessions.

  4. After the event

    Materials, survey and further contact.

04Online and integrations

Online, hybrid events and connection to CRM

The site can connect your registration to a webinar or broadcast service, share the link with the right people, and publish recordings after the event. Broadcast, chat and reporting availability depends on the provider you choose.

We connect participants' data with CRM, billing and organizer communication. If the recordings are to become a course with tests and progression, we develop them in the training platform.

05Rehearsal before take-off

Registration and service test before the event launch

We check the entire scenario: purchase, confirmation, data change, ticket and entry control. We determine the expected registration peak, the scope of support on the day of the event and the people responsible for ongoing changes.

The reception also includes the readability of the agenda, the availability of forms and messages about the lack of places. We plan the scope of reception work, equipment and communications together with the organizer.

Questions and answers

Before making a decision

Is the event website itself enough without a ticketing system?

Yes. For a simple event, you can connect the page to a running registration service. Your own panel and ticket management make sense when event rules or integrations require it.

Can you prepare several editions on one website?

Yes. We design a shared content repository with a separate programme, dates and registration for each edition of the event. We retain useful materials from previous events.

Do you provide broadcasting and room service?

The scope of this offer includes the website and its integrations. The transmission service, equipment, communication and on-site support are selected and agreed upon separately with the organizer.

Let’s start with a conversation

What should the participant's journey to your event look like?

Provide the type of event, date, planned scale and method of recording. We will determine the scope of service, integration and service preparation.
